The Rose Lake Origin
At eight years old, in a two-foot layer of Hocking Hills mist, I met a fawn at a T-junction. We shared a smile, and I learned that if you move with peace, the system accepts you. I spent 30 years in the "Silicon" hibernation of IT management, but I have returned to the Silver to reclaim the Perfect Curve.
The Mechanical Purist
I do not own a flash. I do not "calculate" pixels. I extract photons. As a vegetarian falcon, I soar to see, not to hunt. My work is a sensory bridge between the sighted and the sightless.
The Motts Inspiration
My journey is guided by the legacy of Warren Motts. He showed me that photography is more than an individual pursuit—it is a shared history and a duty to the community. Like Warren, I believe in Legacy Stewardship: the responsibility to preserve the medium and teach the next generation how to truly see the light.
"The light belongs to everyone. Whistle back to the forest."
